What Happens During Each Scheduled Visit
When we arrive for scheduled maintenance, we start with a complete top-to-bottom inspection of your HVAC system. We clean or replace filters, check refrigerant levels, test electrical connections, lubricate moving parts, and inspect the condensate drain for clogs. We also measure airflow and examine ductwork for leaks or damage that could reduce efficiency.
After the visit, your system will run more quietly, cool or heat more evenly, and use less energy to maintain comfortable temperatures. You will also have a clear understanding of any minor issues that may need attention in the coming months, which helps you plan for repairs before they become emergencies.
Our maintenance visits are scheduled twice a year, typically before the cooling season and before the heating season. This timing allows us to prepare your system for peak usage and catch wear from the previous season. Members of our maintenance plan receive priority scheduling, so if you do need a repair, you move to the front of the line. We also waive diagnostic fees and weekend or after-hours charges for plan members, which saves money over time.
